Before joining, read through the rules so you understand what rides are eligible for points and how to earn points.
For only $15, members receive the following:
- Year end awards for top teams and riders.
- Completion certificate and logo patches
- Bonus points for non-riding activities
- Discounts at select retailers.
Step 1: Join AERC
Step 2: Join Green Bean Endurance Challenge (pay program fees and create website login)
Because this is an AERC approved program, registrations are done through the AERC website via the button at the top of this page.
Once you’ve joined, we will add to the Green Bean Registered Members list. At that time, you will need to create a Log-in on this website. A Login is required to submit your bonus point entries.
Step 3: Join the Facebook group
For the most up-to-date announcements and access to other members, join the Facebook group “Green Bean Endurance Challenge” found at https://www.facebook.com/groups/GBEChallenge. This group is moderated by several administrators. The group is open to anyone but joining the group or facebook is not a requirement to be a member.
Step 4: Join a team
In addition to points earned as a horse/rider unit, you can join other members to form a team and compete against other teams for year end awards. Team signups begin in December and April 1st.
Step 5: Submit Bonus Activity Points
In order to receive points for any of the bonus points listed in the rules, each activity event must be sent to the scorekeeper using the Activity Submission Form.
Submissions are due within 60 days of the event or the last day of the current season, whichever comes first.
Step 6: Check the Scoreboards
are updated monthly, at minimum. You are able to edit previously submitted entries if necessary. Also, if there’s an issue with the scoreboards, please let us know by submitting an issue
