Welcome to 2021 Teams Registration!  

To add your team, please fill out the form below.  Be sure to click “submit” so the records are saved.  Once you submit, you will be redirected to a page that will display all the members you submitted.  From there, you can edit, delete, and add members as needed.

Before registering a team, you’ll want to make sure your team name is available. We ask that you refrain from using names that incorporate profanity, racist, or otherwise negative connotations.

If you are unable to see the form below, please Login to this website. As team captain, you’ll be able to add or delete team members in the “My Registered Team” menu during enrollment. You do *not* need to be on the team in order to create one – this may be the case for a parent creating a team of juniors.
